| DELIVERY
Service We aim to despatch all goods within 48 hours of receiving the order. If for any reason your order is not despatched within 7 days of receiving your order we will email you and advise of the situation. You will be given the choice of waiting for the stock to arrive or a refund. Most of our deliveries will be either by Parcelforce Worldwide or DHL or Royal Mail Recorded, depending on the size and destination of the goods. All deliveries will require a signature on receipt. Delivery Charges Delivery charges for UK Mainland for orders where the order goods value is over £75 are free. For orders under this value the charge will be £4.95. Delivery charges to other UK destinations including Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly will be charged depending on the weight and size of the products ordered. Please email us with your requirements before placing your order and we will calculate the delivery cost. For International destinations including Europe and USA, please email us with your reqiuirements and we will calculate the carriage charge before you place your order. For all countries in the EU we will continue to charge VAT at 17.5%. For all none EU destinations VAT will not be chargeable. The purchaser however will be responsible for all applicable import taxes and duties. |
