We aim to despatch all goods within 48 hours of receiving the order. If for any reason we envisage a delay we will email you and advise of the situation and you will be given the choice of waiting for the stock to arrive or a refund.

We are happy if you need the item to be shipped to a different address (if outside the UK mainland please contact us). Please complete the order based on the payment registered address and either email us or enter the delivery address in the comments box.

We will be happy to include a gift card with a message in a parcel free of charge. Please email us your request and your message and will include it.

If you need the order to arrive quickly please contact us and we can offer a 'get it fast' facility for certain items for a charge of £6.95. Please contact us and we will confirm avaiable items and time schedules for this.

If you wish to call and collect your goods please choose that option at the checkout and we will confirm when the goods will be ready for collection.

Most of our deliveries will be either by DHL or Royal Mail First Class Recorded, depending on the size and destination of the goods. All deliveries will require a signature on receipt.
