Sate Babi (Or Ayam)
This is what we call a sweet sate and the chili paste that I add does not really belong in this recipe. Can be made with chicken breasts and then it is called Sate Ayam. Here it usually served with a ketjap peanut sauce and prawn crackers, it can be an appetizer, snack or a side dish when part of an Indonesian rijsttafel. If you cannot get the sweet soy sauce, use regular and add some brown sugar. Marinating time is not included. -- posted by Pets'R'us
Grilled Raspberry Herb Pork Tenderloin (Bbq)

Savory Roast Rub
This is a savory all in one that is excellent for use on just about any dry roasted red meat or poultry. I developed it out of reminiscences of holiday roasts that filled the house with delicious aromas. We used to season with each ingredient separately, but decided that it was quicker and easier to put it together ahead of time. It is a very frequent use item in our pantry, and you can be gauranteed a perfect roast beef, or pork roast every time. This makes a large quantity, but if you serve it to company, you will get alot of request for a little to take home. We probably send 2-3# home with folks per year. You can omit the MSG if you like, but it is a very worthwhile ingredient in this rendition. -- posted by Smoky Okie
Best Ever Chicken Marinade (Or Pork Tenderloin)
This has got to be one of the best marinades I have used. Best part....it has no oil!!! The ingredients balance out each other so nicely that it is such a pleasure to taste. I make it up alot in the summer when the mint from my garden is plentyful. This recipe could be used on pork quite successfully -- posted by Abby Girl
Hawaiian Teriyaki Marinade
Our family's favorite marinade for beef, chicken, or pork. -- posted by Lisa J.S.
Pork Tenderloin With Mustard, Lemon and Rosemary
I got this recipe from David Veljacic, a Vancouver author/chef/and fireman. You have got to love lemon and mustard to enjoy this pork tenderloin. We really enjoyed it. -- posted by Abby Girl
Cubano-Style Pork Loin
Mojo is a traditional Cuban marinade made with sour oranges, spices, and garlic. Sour oranges are used in many Hispanic dishes and can be found in ethnic grocery stores. Mojo is used as a marinade for pork, chicken, and seafood before cooking. It acts to tenderize any cut of meat and can be used as a ceviche as well. This is a family recipe made with black coffee, which is traditionally used in Cuban family recipes to marinate fresh hams and large cuts of meat. Serve with Recipe #373864 as dressing at the end. Other ways to serve Cubano-style pork loin, is to slice and serve with a fresh fruit salad or serve in soft tacos or sandwiches. Found this recipe in, "The Whole Foods Market Cookbook." -- posted by Virginia Cherry Blossom
Claire Robinson's Rosemary Pork Tenderloin
Saw this on Five Ingredients or Less on Food Network. This took her no time to make, is relatively inexpensive, and looked super yummy! Posting for safe-keeping. -- posted by Virginia Cherry Blossom
