Order Cancellation Terms
If you place an order and decide to cancel please contact as soon as possible. If the order has not been despatched we will process a full refund immediately.
If the order is in transit we will do what ever we can to get the parcel back to us at no cost, however if this is not possible then you will be solely responsible for the return cost and delivery arrangements of the order to be shipped back to Online Kitchenware when the order arrives with you. If you refuse your order / delivery when it arrives, you will also be responsible for the return cost of which will be deducted off your refund.
If you have received your order and it is not as you expected please contact us within 7 days of the item being delivered to advise us that the order will be returned. Failure to notify Online Kitchenware of your decision within this period means your cancellation rights will become void. You will be solely responsible for the return posting and packing charge and arranging your own collection/delivery of the product. Please notify Online Kitchenware, when the return parcel is expected to arrive.
Please obtain a proof of posting of all returned items in case they get lost on the way back to us as we can only process the refund once the item is back at our premises.
You will be fully refunded when the returned product is on our premises and is in a resalable condition. If the returned product is not in its original manufacturers undamaged packaging or has been used then a refund will be not be processed.
Replacement terms for goods sent in error or goods arriving damaged.
We are extremely careful when processing your order to ensure that the correct item is sent and that it is thoroughly packed in the correct manner such that your order arrives without any problems.
We have years of experience in packing delicate goods to be sent to customers and use high quality and appropriate packing materials for each item.
However there may be the odd occasion when we make a mistake and send the wrong item or the item is damaged during transit.
Any product which has been sent by Online Kitchenware that has been sent in error, or arrives damaged we will be happy to replace the item as quickly as possible in order that the customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase. Please contact us as soon as you have opened the parcel and in any case within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement.
If the item has been damaged in transit please keep the damaged item and its packaging until we can confirm that we have all the information required to process the replacement. We may in certain cases request digital photos be emailed to us to indicte the damage to speed up the process of sending a replacment and to avoid sending broken items back to us.
We will be happy to pay for any collection charges and will arrange with customer for a convenient collection time. Failing to notify Online Kitchenware within 7 days days of receiving the delivered item that is damaged, or has been sent in error by Online Kitchenware your right to a replacement becomes void.
If you recieve your item and it is not working correctly please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for the item to be returned and replaced.
If your item develops a fault after a period of use but within the guarantee period please contact either us or the manufacturer and we will advise on how to get a replacement
Online Kitchenware have the right to change the Refund Policy at any time.
