Online Kitchenware Shipping Information
We aim to despatch all goods within 48 hours of receiving your order and cleared payment. If for any reason we envisage a delay we will email you and advise of the situation and you will be given the choice of waiting for the stock to arrive or a refund.
We are happy if you need your order to be shipped to a different address for example if you are sending someone a gift or if it is more convenient to have the parcel delivered to your work address. Please complete the shipping address you require in the checkout procedure. Delivery charges (if applicable) will be charged based on the shipping address you have entered.
We will be happy to include a gift message in a parcel free of charge. Please include the information in the comments box at the checkout..
UK Mainland Standard Service
If your shipping address is in the UK Mainland , the order will be despatched with either Royal Mail First Class or Parcelforce Express Service depending on the size and weight of the items ordered.
The Royal Mail orders may be sent Recorded Mail depending on the size and value of the order.
UK Mainland 'Get It Fast' Service
This service is available to most of our products for delivery to the UK Mainland but may not be available in certain Northern and Eastern parts of Scotland.
If you need the order to arrive quickly please choose the Get It Fast option at the checkout. Orders placed by 12 noon Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day, orders placed at the weekend will be despatched on Monday unless it is a Bank Holiday. All 'Get It Fast' orders will be despatched with Parcelforce on a Next Day Delivery basis.
Call and Collect
If you wish to call and collect your goods please put a note at the checkout and we will contact you to arrange a suitable time.
UK Highlands and UK Islands including Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
We can offer our Standard delivery service to these areas.
We are able to ship most of our products to most areas of the World. Items weighing up to 2kg will be sent with Royal Mail Airmail.
Items weighing over 2kg will be sent with a carrier which may be DHL, Parcelforce, Fed Ex or others depending on the weight, size and destination of the parcel. We will advise on the delivery method and provide a tracking number once the order has been processed.
The purchaser will be responsible for all applicable import taxes and duties.
When your order is being despatched we will email you the details of the delivery method used and if applicable any tracking numbers.

. If your order is being delivered to a residential address Parcelforce may deliver between the hours of 7.30am and 9pm. If you are not at home when they attempt delivery they will leave a card. They will attempt a delivery two more times. If your order is being delivered to a business address this will be delivered during standard working hours.
If your item has been despatched with Royal Mail and has not been recieved after 4 days it may be held at your local depot. It may be worth checking with them if they are holding any parcels for you as we often find this is the case.
If your parcel has not been received after 15 days we will send you a letter to sign confirming the non receipt. On receipt by us of this letter we will send a replacement item to you.
Delivery charges for standard delivery to UK mainland excluding certain areas of Northern and Eastern Scotland is free regardless of the order size.
Delivery charges to other UK destinations including Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly is free for all orders weighing up to 2kg. For heavier items the delivery charge will be calculated at the checkout. You are able to see the shipping cost by clicking on the button on the basket page.
The ' Get It Fast' delivery option is £4.95 for all orders.
International delivery costs vary depending on the size and destination of the order. This will be calculated at the checkout. You are able to see the shipping cost by clicking on the button on the basket page.
For orders placed on our website we can process payment through Paypal, or by Credit or Debit card
For payment by Paypal there is a link from the website to Paypal for the payment to be processed.
For payent by credit or debit card we use Sagepay to process these details. This is a secure payment processing system used by many online retailers. Within the Sagepay processing we use the 3D secure payment method where appropriate. This is where you will have registered your card with the visa verification system for an extra password. This facility enables both you the customer to have added protection over your credit card details and us the seller to know that that the payment is processed thoroughly. We would advise all customers to register their cards on the verification system, if available, for their own added security.
We do not store customers credit or debit card information as this is retained by Sagepay on their secure system.
