You have the right to cancel and send back your order within 7 days of receiving the delivered item, failing to notify Online Kitchenware of your decision within this period; your cancellation rights will become void. You will be solely responsible for the return posting and packing charge and arranging your own collection/delivery of the product. Please notify Online Kitchenware, when the return parcel is expected to arrive.
You will be fully refunded when the returned product is on our premises and is in a resalable condition. If the returned product is not in a resalable condition you will be responsible for a 20% charge off your refund to cover the cost of any discrepancies we have for the none resalable product.
If you place an order and decide to cancel while the order is in transit. You will be solely responsible for the return cost and delivery arrangements of the order to be shipped back to Online Kitchenware when the order arrives with you. If you refuse your order / delivery when it arrives, you will also be responsible for the return cost of which will be deducted off your refund.

Any product which has been sent by Online Kitchenware that has been sent in error, damaged or faulty we will be happy to replace the product so the customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase.
We will be happy to pay for any collection charges and will arrange with customer for a convenient collection time. Failing to notify Online Kitchenware within 7 days days of receiving the delivered item that is damaged, faulty, or has been sent in error by Online Kitchenware your right to a replacement becomes void.
Online Kitchenware have the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time.
All products that are sold online are brand new and come with a manufacturers guarantee.

Online Kitchenware began trading at the start of 2005. Our aim is to provide a comprehensive online e-commerce mail order service for kitchenware products that is easy and functional to use. Many of our products we sell come recommended by our suppliers.
Online Kitchenware is located at Malton, North Yorkshire - UK. With regular deliveries from our suppliers we are confident that you will receive your order within 7 working days of it being placed online. (Deliveries UK mainland only). The Prices that are quoted by Online Kitchenware are in £ Sterling, payment of the total purchase price (including VAT and any delivery charges) must be made in full before dispatch of the Goods.
Delivery
All our products that are dispatched require to be signed for when they reach their destination, we use Royal Mail, DHL and Parcelforce Worldwide to deliver our products. If you are out when the Royal Mail attempt to deliver your parcel, a card should be left telling you where the parcel was returned to, in most cases this is a sorting office close to you. We do not instruct the Royal Mail to leave any parcels on doorsteps etc due to the risk of theft. We obtain proof of posting for all our orders. Parcelforce and DHL will also leave a contact card of where you can contact and arrange a suitable delivery time.

Orders placed after 3pm will not be dispatched until at least the next working day. In the event of any items being out of stock we will inform you and give you an estimated delivery date. Orders will be delivered within 7 working days of placement online.
