When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed before 1.00pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched the same day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been received and a further email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Awaiting fulfilment means that your order is being processed by our warehouse.

Orders placed after 1.00pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

Orders will be dispatched on the following working day after a bank holiday.

If, for any reason, we envisage a delay, we will email you to advise of the situation. You will be given the choice to wait or receive a refund.

 

Standard Deliveries (UK Mainland)

Royal Mail 48 (small items) / Royal Mail Tracked 48

Orders over £25: FREE 

Orders under £25: £2.95 

 

Royal Mail 48 aims to deliver within 3-5 working days. This is not a guaranteed service and some delays are possible.

 

Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland)

Orders must be placed before 1.00pm for next day delivery.

Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.25

DPD Next Working Day (Monday – Friday): £6.95

DPD Saturday Service - £15.50

 

International Deliveries

The cost of international deliveries depends on the total weight of your order. Please add all the items you wish to purchase to your cart, enter your address details and a quote will be generated.

If a quote is not available, please send us an email detailing the items you wish to purchase and your full shipping address, and we will advise you further.

We cannot offer an express/ expedited overseas delivery service.

Items will be sent with PostNL. A tracking number will be provided where applicable.

The purchaser will be responsible for all applicable import taxes and duties.
