Online Kitchenware Ltd is an internet business based in Malton, North Yorkshire. We operate from a warehouse, meaning most of our products are in stock on the premises ready for instant despatch as soon as orders are received. Our aim is to provide an e-commerce website that sells an extensive selection of quality products for your home, complemented by an attentive Customer Services team.

We are an authorised online retailer for all the brands we sell, and all of our products are brand new. We are constantly sourcing new and exciting brands with new products which we feel add something special to our collection. We sell a variety of both traditional and contemporary products to suit every style of kitchen. You will also find everything you need for hosting an impressive dinner party or packing the perfect picnic, and budget-friendly items ideal for equipping a first home or student accommodation. Our concept of selling on the internet is for customers to be able to rely on us for our high standards and excellent product choice. If we don't like the product, or feel it is of an inferior quality, then we simply won't sell it.
Many of our products make excellent gifts and we have a Wishlist facility within the website.
We aim to give as much information as possible on the individual products for sale. We understand that buying online means you are very reliant on the images and descriptions listed with a product; we take care to ensure that these are accurate and detailed, so that every customer can be confident in the knowledge of what they are about to purchase. We will include the capacity and dimensions of products where applicable, and we ask that you take the time to consider these carefully before buying to ensure the products meet your requirements.
A number of our products are delicate. We pride ourselves on our high quality of packaging we use to protect the items in transit. Each item will be packed to give the best, most secure method of protection and at the same time consider the environment. Our cardboard boxes are recyclable and, where possible, we use packing paper rather than plastic bubble wrap. There are certain situations where bubble wrap is required and we use an extra thick version to give the utmost protection.
